Track Link Clicks

We track link clicks through a subdomain strategy. Users will first be directed to our own subdomain (https://scblai.com), where the click is registered, before being redirected to your URL.

In order to set this up, simply email the following information to product@sociable.how:

  1. The email associated with your account
  2. The relevant AI persona’s name
  3. A list of links that you want to track, including:
    • The type and username of the integration that each link will be sent through
    • If relevant, include related the related Action Sequence name and specific action number.

Our team generally responds within 2 business days. We’ll work closely with you to ensure that your link tracking is setup properly!
